Horror on the Orient Express
Edmond Mont Clare
Traveling anthropologist and ethnographer
A frequent traveler of Sub-Saharan Africa with scientific interest in ethnography and study of aboriginal cultures. He is a thin, average man with quasi-business attire that reflected his often curious, but observant behavior. In his youth he traveled with his father on big-game safari hunts and developed a passion to learn of the tribal communities there. After completing his degree at the Miskatonic University he researched with Dr. Smith’s lesser archaeological expeditions and remained as his associate for a time. Returning home from a three-year study living among an aboriginal tribe, he receives an invite to Dr. Smith’s conference held in London.
